Mercy Iowa City recommends that people stay calm, stay home, follow the CDC precautions of physical distancing, washing hands often, don’t touch your face, etc. Get plenty of rest, eat healthfully, reach out to family, friends and groups by phone or online and stay connected that way. Exercise regularly at home or get outside, but remember to physically distance yourself and wear a cloth mask or face covering.
